Reception Packages
Everlasting Elopements offers many Reception options perfect for smaller weddings. These receptions are designed for smaller groups who do not need a full traditional reception nor would it make sense to have a full reception for a small guest count. Reception Packages are always added to Ceremony Packages to give couples a complete wedding.
So the formula works like this:
Ceremony Package + Reception Package + Catering + Venue Permit (if applicable) = Full Wedding

Onsite Mini Reception
starting at $300
20-30 minutes
These are quick receptions done at the ceremony site. They are meant to capture the events of cake-cutting, 1st dance, and toasts. Your coordinator will stay onsite and set up a small table to display your cake and pour the champagne and/or sparkling cider while your photographer and/or videographer stay to capture these moments. Guests can eat cake while the couple takes photos or the cake can be boxed up to eat later. Everlasting Elopements provides everything needed to serve cake and do the toast.
An onsite Mini Reception does not provide a sit-down environment where food would be served nor can it be added if you are having food (if having food see Off-site Mini Reception). It is not meant to be a mingling event but more for just the capturing of these traditional wedding events without the expense of having a reception with food.

Mini Reception
Up to 1 hourAre you going to have a reception at a secondary location and want a coordinator and photographer/videographer to help with the events of your reception? Prior to your meal, our staff will announce your entry to go into your first dance, followed by a cake cutting and toast. After toasts, you will be left to enjoy your meal with friends and family while your cake is cut to be eaten following dinner. This way all the details are taken care of and you and your guests can simply relax and enjoy each other’s company.
An offsite mini reception does not include the setup and decoration of the venue the couple provides, nor does it allow for it. It is simply the vendors coming to the venue of your choice to manage, coordinate and capture the traditions of your reception.
Cake & Punch Reception
1 hour 30 minutesThe cake and punch reception is perfect for couples who want to have some time to mingle with their guests but do not want a traditional reception with a full meal. The first dance, cake cutting, and toast will be conducted and captured by your vendors. Everlasting Elopements will provide a beverage station along with all that is needed for the cake cutting and toast. The space will be set up with cocktail tables along with floral decor and all things need for this intimate reception. Couples will be able to mingle time with their guests while enjoying cake and small bites.
The cake and punch reception is not a sit-down lunch or dinner reception nor does it allow for alcoholic beverages.
Cocktail Reception
2 hoursThe cocktail reception is perfect for couples who want to have some time to mingle with their guests but do not want a traditional reception with a full meal but would like to enjoy alcoholic beverages. The first dance, cake cutting, and toasts will be conducted and captured by vendors. Everlasting Elopements will provide a bar service along with all that is needed for the cake cutting and toast. The space will be set up with cocktail tables along with floral decor and all things need for this intimate reception. Couples will be able to mingle with their guests while enjoying cake, small bites, and a BYOB bar.
The cocktail reception is not a sit-down lunch or dinner reception nor does it allow for a dance party.
Meal Receptions
Pricing does not include catering fees or permit fees for a reception venue.
Dinner or Lunch Reception
2 hoursThe dinner/lunch reception is for couples who want a full meal, but do not want a dance party. While it includes the first dance, most of the time is spent mingling and eating. The cake cutting and toast will be conducted and captured by vendors. Everlasting Elopements will provide and set up the decor for the reception while coordinating all the events. The couple will. be able to mingle with their guest while enjoying dinner. A BYOB bar and photo booth can be added. It’s perfect for smaller groups who would not dance or have guests that generally do not dance.
The dinner/lunch reception is not a dance party. A DJ and dancing can not be added to this package. It is simply to eat and mingle.
Micro Wedding Reception
3 hoursA Micro Wedding Reception is a slimmed-down version of a real wedding where couples do not need the additional time a true reception usually takes. An alternative timeline is designed to allow vendors to be onsite until the meal is served and leaves the couple and their guests to eat and dance. Complete with decor, linens, centerpieces, etc, and set up by Everlasting Elopements. Couples show up and simply enjoy themselves with their guests. Bar and Photobooth can be added.
The Micro Wedding Reception is not a true reception where staff stays on-site to manage the whole event. Instead, it allows for our vendors to capture all the important moments, then the caterer or restaurant and DJ manage the rest of the event details.
Traditional Wedding Reception
Up to 6 hoursA Traditional Wedding Reception is what you think of as a standard reception where vendors are on-site from beginning to end including set up and clean up. A photographer and/or videographer is there for the full event to capture all moments and the traditional timeline is followed. Cake cutting and dances are done after dinner with a full dance party. A bar and a photo booth can be added.
The Traditional Wedding Reception is not as heavily discounted as our other options. A true reception will require a full (non-discounted) rental of the venue and true pricing when it comes to all wedding services and vendors needed. This means that although you have a small guest count you will pay normal wedding pricing to host an all-day wedding.

Everlasting Elopements’ unique and simple virtual wedding planning system was built to simplify the wedding planning process. To keep the stress out of the process, we have a step-by-step system to plan your wedding ceremony from now to ‘I Do’.
It all starts with the ceremony package! Once you have selected this we can customize any extras and build on a reception package. Then we will help you select and book the perfect venue that fits your vision. Once you book, it’s just a matter of completing a few forms, then showing up on the day with your license and rings– we do everything else! Wedding Planning does not have to be stressful or hard if you have the right team behind you to execute a flawless wedding day!
1. Select Your Wedding Ceremony Package
Whether you are looking for an elopement, a micro wedding, or just a simple exchange of “I Do”- we have a package for you to choose from. The first step is to select which one is right for you.
2. Select Your Extras
Once you have selected your package, you can select which level suits your needs. Each package has a Basic, Deluxe, and Premium level that offers various upgrades and add-ons. This allows us to do as little or as much as you need on your big day!
3. Select Your Reception Options
Once you have finalized your ceremony plans, we can add on one of a variety of reception options. Whether you want to have a Mini-Reception or Full Reception on-site, eat at a restaurant, or plan a reception on your own, we can help with rentals, cake, coordination, photography, and everything else you could need. If you decide to add reception elements in addition to your ceremony, we will simply pair the two packages together to get you the services you need for the full wedding day you are dreaming of!
4. Choose Your Venue
Now that we’ve gotten to know you and your wants and needs we can recommend venues that will work best for you! Or, if you have one already in mind, our packages will work there too. While we have many locations on our website for you to browse, if it’s not on our website we can still serve you there! Our packages work at ANY location!
5. Stress Free Planning
Once your ceremony has been reserved through our online reservation system, we will send you a series of emails with forms that go directly to your vendors. All you need to do is complete the forms and your vendors will reach out if needed. Remember, you always have the ability to add new elements as well as upgrade services you already have at any point if you choose!
6. Your Wedding Day
You and your fiance, along with any guests, will show up at the venue you have chosen with your marriage license and rings. The Everlasting Elopements Team of Wedding Vendors will take care of the rest and all the details so you can focus on what the day is really about- Marrying the One You LOVE!
