Because we are a company that offers all-inclusive wedding packages that works with over 70 venues; and can come to any venue to perform services (even if they are not on our website) the order in which we plan things is to first decide on services and venue last. This way couples are able to be educated on pricing, choose the venue that best fits their needs as well as decide on what elements of the wedding are best suited for their special day. No wedding is the same and our process allows us to be able to customize things to a couple’s requests and budget. Our step-by-step process will take a few emails but we assure you the process will make things very easy and stress-free!
It is like building a house. The foundation is the wedding ceremony. The ceremony is what makes a wedding a wedding so this is why we discuss ceremony elements first. We then move onto the walls which is the reception. We then combine the ceremony and reception to give you a quote for all the services you will need. Then we pair the service package (ceremony package + reception package) you have chosen to available venues that fit your needs which becomes the roof. This allows couples to compare different venues side-by-side (apples to apples not apples to oranges) and their costs as the service price between venues does not change only the cost of the venue and costs associated with the venue.
So the formula works like this: Ceremony Services (wedding pkg) + Reception Services (Reception Pkg) + Catering + Venue rental (if it applies, venues like restaurants you can cut this cost out)= Full Wedding
We understand this may not be the normal or expected way of wedding planning but we find it to be a lot easier for our couples and allows them to be educated on the true costs of weddings. Since we are not venue finders but all-inclusive wedding packages our services can be performed at the many venues you see on our website or one a couple provides such as a backyard, Airbnb, wedding venue.
In doing things this way it allows couples to know total costs whereas if you pick a venue first then hire all vendors individually couples never have a true all-inclusive price which results in most couples going over the budget and really never knowing what their total cost will be to have a wedding.
