Kari and Rene Esparza started Everlasting Elopements in 2012 shortly after they got married. Kari runs Everlasting Elopements while Rene runs their sister company, Texas Wedding Ministers. Kari is most often found in the Everlasting Elopement’s office running sales and answering any questions pertaining to your wedding. She may also be seen on-site as a hands-on wedding coordinator. Reverend Rene Esparza is the wedding concierge and head minister for Texas Wedding Ministers. He has performed 1000s of weddings between the two companies. Kari and Rene are based in San Antonio where they live with their two dogs.  They enjoy dressing up for fun industry mixers and time at the Beach!

Matilyn started with Everlasting Elopements in 2023 as a part-time coordinator. Her passion for weddings and strong background in customer service quickly propelled her into a more hands-on role. She now serves as the office administrator and head concierge, where she oversees the hiring and training of our photography and videography team, and personally checks in with every couple before their ceremony. In addition to her administrative duties, Matilyn continues to coordinate weddings, ensuring each event runs smoothly. She is based in San Antonio with her two beloved fur children, Clyde and Willow.
